Nice looking hotel, clean rooms and the breakfast buffet is delicious! Near downtown and other attractions areas. Service is excellent and the amenities are awesome.
Nice location in zona Rio. The hotel is more on the basic side. You can see the years of wear and tear. Overall it’s a good stay. They have breakfast buffet everyday of the week at an additional charge.
It is located in. Pretty good neighborhood, a good 30 minute walk from Downtown. David the Manager was the best and even went out of the way to send us extra Glasses for the room. Ricardo and Ilisa at the restaurant were great and did take care of our vegan needs. Vonathan was also helpful and was recommending the local restaurants in the city for different cuisines. Surely a Five star rating for the services .
Windows aren't noose proof and all the noise from the outside (cars an motorcycle passing by) you can clearly hear them. Too much noise. I couldn't sleep.
This hotel was clean and everyone here was so nice. The pool was cool very good setup and they provide pool towels. The ac worked great in our room.
I had an amazing trip to this hotel, the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good especially for a hotel. But what made this place special was the staff. They made me feel like the hotel was my second home. One person in particular personified this amazing personal service, the IHG rewards champion Aradi. She helped me take full advantage of my diamond elite status and helped me with anything I needed during my stay that I would say went above and beyond her normal job. I just wanted to write this to thank Aradi and the whole staff for being so gracious!
Hospitality was above and beyond. We arrived a bit early and were able to get a room. Well as you walk in it’s beautiful, clean and quiet. Just how we love it! We walked over the the buffet area and food was absolutely without a doubt amazing! Nothing like we’ve been to in the states. There was food you can also order like tacos, quesadillas and yes we ordered it all. We were unable to order alcoholic beverages but I’m sure those were delicious as well from the other tables that we’re ordering and I could see. Highly recommend this hotel. Room was so clean bed was very comfortable and our view out the window was nice. The pool area was also very nice.
